| Loved the hotel and all it had to offer. My only complaint was about the 1/2 hour it took for the staff to bring our bags to the room...should have just taken them up ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel! |

| Utterly 5 star in every facet. Exceptional staff and facilities. Did not want to leave. Will definitely tbe returning to this hotel. |

| A delightful hotel, and the Club upgrade is worth it. Breakfast and cocktails/canapés are perfect to begin and end the day on 10. Link bus stops just around the corner. Walk to the museum and then lunch on Parnell. Staff are excellent and attentive - they remember your name! Bonus! The Langham has the hottest bath water in the world....enjoy carefu lly. |

| We stayed at the Langham for a single night tto visit auckland. There is nothing to fault the hotel, it's a bit of a walk to the waterfront (10-15mins) but you can always take the (almost) free shuttle bus. |

| Fantastic, enchanting, classic hotel with superb, very professional service. The staff are extremely helpful and happy with it. Attention to details is prominent in this hotel. Thoroughly recommended. |

| The hotel was great! We spoiled ourselves with using the great spa services…hot tub, sauna, steam room, showers and pool. The room was very nice was check in for our honeymoon and told the front desk hoping for a free upgrade but they instead gave no upgrade but the room we paid for. Nice room but not a great view. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurants in the hotel were very expensive even for room service. We ordered two miso soups and a caesar salad and the bill was $60. The other draw back was that when we had the do not disturb sign on the door we got at least 5 knocks on the door for housekeeping and mini bar service. You might need to bring your own do not disturb sign but the hotel was well worth the extra money. |

| I booked 6 rooms for guests to the Rugby Union Test between Australia and NZ.
Five rooms were available at check in but unfortunately 1 guests room was not available until 4.15 pm. This was embarrassing as they were invited by Globus Group NZ Ltd to attend the match and enjoy the luxury of staying at the Langham.
My guests were a little dissapointed at the shutting of the house bar. They returned after the game to the hotel facilities only to have them shut reasonably early. |

| The Langham upgraded us to top floor level which included use of their 1865 club, breakfast in the morning and canapes and drinks in the evening.
Fruit and bottle water in our room each day and a turn down service with chocolates at night. They went out
of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. There was a shuttle bus running every half hour to the city which helped with the 2 km distance from the CBD. We would return. |
